This live, 90-minute webinar will provide attendees with techniques for facilitating peer-based conversations to support the wellbeing of teams providing reproductive health care.
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to: 
  1. Design and implement Triple P session agendas using the facilitator guide.
  2. Describe the purpose of this workshop series to departmental leadership and prospective participants.
  3. Leverage institutional resources and seek leadership buy-in for protected time, space, and resources.
Jordan Chavez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Stanford Hospital. She works in direct patient care across all inpatient services and has been involved with physician wellness work for over 10 years. Jordan leads wellness programming for both residents and fellows in multiple departments, including Ob-Gyn, and has participated in both department and GME-level initiatives to address trainee and faculty wellness. She believes wholeheartedly that if we expect physicians to take care of us, we need to take care of them.
