Learning objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:  

  1. Create a comfortable environment for adolescents and young adult patients to discuss sensitive health issues, particularly related to contraceptive methods.
  2. Empower adolescent and young adult patients by encouraging open dialogue with their health care provider about contraception.
  3. Provide educational resources and support to patients during their health care visit to help them make informed decisions related to contraception.
  4. Increase adolescent and young adult patients' satisfaction with and trust in health care services, particularly related to contraception.
