What is measured, matters: advancing the measurement of reproductive health equity

This course explores advancements in measuring reproductive equity, focusing on strategies to assess structural racism, improve data collection for gender-diverse and immigrant populations, and enhance measurement accuracy. Faculty share best practices via examples from ongoing research, and future directions for refining reproductive health equity metrics.

Accreditation

Physicians: The Society of Family Planning is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 2. Apply inclusive data collection strategies for gender-diverse and immigrant populations in reproductive health research, enhancing the accuracy and comprehensiveness of their measurement tools.
3. Integrate methods for assessing and addressing structural racism in reproductive health research, refining their measurement approaches to reflect diverse lived experiences.
4. Identify and apply best practices in reproductive health equity measurement in ongoing and future research.
