At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
1. Describe systemic factors which contribute to the differential mistreatment and abuse of patients.
2. Understand reproductive justice and reproductive autonomy as frameworks for identifying and mitigating abuse and mistreatment in medicine.
3. Identify practical and immediate steps providers can take to address mistreatment, coercion, and abuse in their practice environments.
4. Consider the role of education, activism, and advocacy within their own environments to expand opportunities for equitable, just treatment of patients.
